Dr. Krantz and his office staff are great. He is hands down the best dentist. And shout out to Donna who is the best hygienist. She is so fast; she makes teeth cleaning a much better experience. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
I am a 65-year-old man that grew up in a country we’re going to the dentist was very traumatic to say the least. When I came and met Dr Krantz he was beyond understanding of my feelings, extremely gentle, very professional. I would recommend him to all my friends and family members at any given time, he loves what he does, and he shows!!!! if you can relate to my feelings, then I highly recommend this dentist I guarantee you you will not be disappointed at all.

I love this dentistry practice! My dental tech is friendly and I enjoy seeing and talking with her every 6 months. Dr. Krantz is very personable and does a great job of making you feel comfortable. The staff is friendly and I am always seen on time. I have been a patient for over 15 years and have never thought about going anywhere else.

My appointment was with the hygienist, Jo Lynn. She is a 5*. I did see Dr. Horwitz, 5*. All the support staff and dental staff are 5*. From a business standpoint, they are a model to admire and ask how did they do it? I'm not related to anyone, just my opinion.
Every single person at Dr. Epstein‘s office is fabulous! Dentists are not usually my favorite places to go or things to do, but having my teeth cleaned by JoLynn is some thing I actually look forward to! Everyone in the office is fun to visit with and so efficient. They even take time to track me down since I typically try to avoid them. My children live in New York and Seattle and they both will only go to the dentist in Houston at Dr. Epstein’s.
Dr. Kranz is the most well qualified dentist I have ever been too and I have been to many. Very professional with great bed side manner. His staff has been there forever. Office is very organized an pleasant. and clean. Highly recommend.

Start to finish a great experience. Walking into a clean and professionally run office makes for a great start. The excellent cleaning and care provided by the Hygienist (Tara) and Dentist (Dr. Krantz) will keep me coming back to this office for years to come. Donna, my dental hygienist, was wonderful! She always does a great job! She was very kind and courteous and professional. Dr. Horwitz was very kind, professional, knowledgeable, and detailed in checking my teeth. He always does excellent dental work! Staff is always very friendly and courteous!

I looked long and hard for a new dentist after my dentist retired and finally a friend referred me to Dr Krantz. And, I'm crazy about him and his whole staff! I feel he has my best interest at heart rather than trying to sell me on a lot of cosmetic dentistry that at my age is probably not worth it.
Always prompt, on time, friendly. Tara does a great job. Very present. Facility is very nice.

Excellent and compassionate care from everyone in the office for a routine appointment that turned more complex when new problems were discovered. They took the time to discuss possible solutions and recommendations as well as to answer questions. They’ve been delivering this kind of compassionate and thorough care to 2 generations of our family for over 40 years!

Dr Krantz brings exceptional expertise and wise guidance to help me with restorative decisions that will be with me a lifetime. After moving to Austin several years ago I have chosen to remain a patient of Dr Krantz.
I had a routine dental cleaning in June 2021, The scheduling, communication, procedure, and checkout were all easy, efficient, friendly, and on-time. I have never had any problems or complaints about Dr. Epstein or any of his office staff and would highly recommend this office for dental care. Five stars.

I have been coming to Dr. Epstein for many years now, and everyone there makes me feel like part of a family. This includes Cheryl when I come in the door, Donna when I am having my teeth cleaned, and Ruth when I check out. And others that I see when I come in. I wouldn't consider going to any other dentist.

Friendly staff. I think Tara, hygienist, is tops. Her cleaning is so thorough. Dr. Horwitz is a very caring and knowledgeable dentist. I have bern going to him for at least 28 years. Barbara has to be mentioned as well, she work with the doctor as a caring team member.

Dr. Epstein provides excellent and thorough care. He is very attentive and understands the patients concerns and needs. He provides support to the patient, he listens to the patient, and the patient never feels rushed. His support team is truly thorough and caring. Dr. Epstein’s hygienist, JoLynn, is excellent and extremely attentive. The people who staff the front desks are very helpful and knowledgeable and make a visit to the dentist a pleasant experience.

Dr. Krantz & Tara were punctual, professional, and very friendly. Made the visit easy and low stress. Scheduling, check-in, and check-out were extraordinarily simple and they took care of billing insurance without undo input from me. It’s always great when you only have to provide information once.
